No win, no fee

A No Win No Fee arrangement is known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). Here's how it works:
If the case goes to court, the law of this country generally requires a person who loses a case to pay the winner's costs. If you instruct a solicitor to act for you, normally you would be expected to pay your solicitor from the beginning the costs for helping you fight your case.
If however, you have a good chance of winning, HilliersHRW will act for you under a CFA. This means you pay nothing to us if you lose. And, if you win, you pay nothing to us because the loser pays your costs. Although in practice, over 90% of cases settle without going to court.
